OAU FASA: sitting becomes hot for the CEC
The parliamentary sitting of Faculty of Arts students representative council which held on 10th July, 2017 became a firing one to some members of Central executive Council of faculty.
Among the CEC members affected was the Vice president of the faculty and the secretary. The vice president was outrightly suspended by the house, having been alleged for three counts charges which are : misplacement of priorities, misappropriation of funds and constitutional aberration.
She was later suspended after the motion moved by honorable Talofeku and seconded by honorable Doyin for two weeks, meanwhile, she was asked to return the money to the Faculty purse within the two weeks.
In that light, the secretary of the association was also suspended after she had been convicted of negligence of duty by the hallowed chamber.
The parliamentary sitting was later adjourned till Thursday 13th July, 2017 for the decision of the President's fate
